Give your child a competitive edge this summer with The Bar’s Youth Summer Training (June–July, Mon/Wed/Fri).
Why parents sign up:
Faster, more explosive performance: Age-appropriate drills in speed, agility, quickness and plyometrics are designed to increase vertical and broad jump measurements and overall athletic explosiveness that translate to basketball, soccer, football, volleyball and more.
Safely built strength and flexibility: Focused strength and flexibility work reduces injury risk and improves movement quality so your athlete can perform harder, recover quicker, and stay in the game longer.
Coaching that fits their level: Separate sessions for ages 8–11 (9 AM) and 12–15 (10 AM) ensure instruction, progressions and loads are matched to your child’s developmental stage.
Small-group setting for real results: Limited participant numbers mean more hands-on coaching, individualized corrections, and faster technical gains than large, generic clinics.
Proven drills and measurable progress: Sessions use evidence-based drills and regular progress tracking so you’ll see. We’ll document their improvements in explosiveness and athleticism over the course of the summer.
Consistent schedule, clear commitment: Training three times per week (Mon/Wed/Fri) builds habits and delivers meaningful improvements over the summer, not just one-off sessions.

Session fees are due at booking. Parents are responsible for reserving their training dates with the coach. Unused sessions are non refundable or transferable. But you know us, so just keep us in the loop if something happens.
