Join us for our Second Annual Fourth of July Team Workout as we celebrate America's 250th birthday the best way we know how… together.

Grab two friends and build your team of 3, or come solo and we'll team you up. It’s going to be fun, a little spicy, and a great way to start your holiday! Also, we’re doing something AWESOME! The 1776 workout is completely free of charge to our members, and only $5 for non-members. Each participant will be entered into a raffle for a case of Screaming Freedom and the winning team will receive one month free. But wait… there’s more!
